After taking out the triple j unearthed high crown in 2020, the Adelaide two-piece have not slowed down, taking out #87 in the 2021 H100, releasing single 'Something About Being Sixteen' and playing two sold out co-headline shows with TOWNS in Brisbane and Melbourne. This was quickly followed by sets at Summer Sounds, Mountain Goat Valley Crawl and Yours & Owls festivals and there is a lot more touring on the near horizon.
Going from strength to strength, Teenage Joans have already shared stages (and made lifelong friends with) the likes of Violent Soho, Ruby Fields, The Hard Aches, Clowns, Towns and Bec Stevens, just to name a few and spent 2021 on tour with the likes of The Chats, Bugs, Amy Shark and Sly Withers. They were invited to perform at Laneway Festival 2019 as part of the Girls Rock! Showcase, and were a highlight performance at A Day Of Clarity and Stonecutters Festival’s.
